Ive finished the whole situation with 3 stars and finished article 5 without skipping both start and end cut scene and also have waited for about 2 days but still no reward. here are the screenshots

This is an issue we are aware of, it seems to occur after a title update.
I will add your Ubisoft account to the current investigation, so we can get this resolved and your weapon skin added.
