[2023] Ban( please read and respond asap)

I was in a ranked rainbow six siege game. It was the 6th round i believe and my game started to lag. I checked my internet because I thought that was the problem. It wasn’t, I was running 100 data. 100 mbs. I was running and my game started freezing. My game stopped entirely and it restarted my whole game. By the time I loaded back in the match ended and I got a 22 hour ban. It would be very helpful and appreciated if I wasn’t banned for this. thank you
