[2023] Want to change platform link

Hello,
I simply want to change the account my uplay is linked to. My PS4 account is connected to a Ubisoft account that got banned on PC. The PS4 account does not deserve to be banned, but since it is linked to the one on the pc it's also banned. I was hoping to connect my PS4 account to the new uplay account for the cross progression. Can support help me with this? I sent a ticket, added a few comments for more information, but still havent received help. I assuming this should not be a lengthy task, but is it possible?
