[2022] 2x crashed and unfair sanction!

I have checked our server information for this date and can not see any issues reported such as degradation or outages.

Hopefully, this was a one-time event but if you are still having trouble with your connection please let us know and we can give you some troubleshooting for your online connection, to try and resolve this.
