Seeking assistance on lifting my 1 - Day Abandon Sanction. I play on xbox gamertag primallboy

I was playing ranked with my friends and the server crashed and I was loading back in but it said the server was closed. I was the only one in my team who got banned and I was wondering if I can get this lifted as I believe this wasn't my fault. Again my gamertag is primallboy
