Hey there @SphincterTheifx, sorry to see you're running into an issue launching Rainbow Six Siege.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to change the account you own Rainbow Six Siege on. You will need to log into the account you originally used to play the game in order to continue playing it.
If you no longer have access to the original account, you will need to open a one-on-one support case with us. Please include the usernames for any accounts you can remember using and include your Steam user ID. Please do not post this information publicly, only share that information with us in a private support ticket.
