Hello,

Lately I've been getting disconnected from lobbies at complete random, there are no indications that I'm having issues with connection until the server freezes and I'm out of the lobby. It happens once or twice every single game I play. I've checked my wifi and ethernet connections, my firewall, my game files, and my cpu usage. (I've monitored my task manager during the period where the lobby is frozen, and the only program running high other than the game itself is "System"). It seems like some kind of hardware or driver issue, but I'm not an expert. I've only been experiencing these kinds of disconnections in siege, and it's the only time I see high System usage in task manager as well other than startup.

Error code 2-0x0000C015[70][100f78b75d02aee9]

I've received different error codes, this is the most recent one. The codes only differ in the last bracketed sequence.

Hopefully someone can help me with this, I appreciate everyone who responds to this thread

Hey Milkee., welcome to the forums and thanks for posting.

Which region are you currently in and do you know what regional server you are connected to?

You can check by following this guide - https://ubi.li/5aG7a

This error code usually means shows a message that a connection has been lost. For this and any other error codes you are experiencing I would recommend following our troubleshooting guide as well as setting up port forwarding by logging into your router and changing its settings.

Could you try each of the steps in this guide - https://ubi.li/YPwnl

If you run into any trouble with the steps, please let us know and we will do our best to advise, you can also contact your network provider for help in setting up port forwarding on your router.

Oh yeah I just noticed! Nice one Milkee.

If you are playing through University Internet you may have what is called double Nat which means the internet signal and packets of data, have to travel through two routers before they can get to your PC which can cause issues with connectivity and Ping as the data takes a longer time to reach you, this can also cause connection issues because of the permissions needed and security to pass through two routers. This may be the case for you as this tends to effect players in shared accommodation with shared internet or players in public places like internet cafes.

I would still give the troubleshooting a go and also try changing your data centre via that guide provided as it may strengthen your connection to the server? Give the troubleshooting a go, even if you are unable to port forward your router and let us know how you get and if the connection improves for you?

Hey it could be a number of reasons but my guess might be that your network card in your laptop might be better then the one in your PC?

I had to change the network card in my PC as I wanted to connect to my 5ghz connection, but my network card was old and could only connect to my 2.4ghz and wouldn't not pick up the 5ghz. However, when I changed it to a newer slightly more expensive card my connection seemed more stable and was able to pick up the 5ghz too, before I upgraded even my mobiles internet connection was faster. This might not be the cause but its always good to check.

You can check to see what network card is installed in your PC by running a msinfo. Press your Windows key and start typing the word - msinfo then run as administrator , if you scroll down to the Network tab, then select Adapter you should be able to see Name and Product of your internet card you have installed.

It may be worth checking this on your laptop if you still have it and then your PC and comparing the two network adapters you have installed and seeing if one s rated better then the other on the internet?

Hey Milkee., if you were having any problems with blue screens or crashes we would always recommend checking your drives with various troubleshooting such as verifying game files, reinstalling or doing a system file check among other things.

When possible and going forward, we would always recommend installing our newer games onto an SSD drive as they are generally faster with loading speeds than a traditional HDD drive.

However as you problem is the fact you are disconnecting from the game and receiving certain error codes like the 2-0 error code it most certainly will be a connection internet issue which the connectivity troubleshooting should help with.

This is an article from our Ubisoft Support website that details different known error codes to us that you can receive in game and what they all mean -
