I recently bought Rainbow Six Siege. I had something wrong with my computer so I factory reset it and then re-downloaded Ubisoft Connect, logged into my account I used before I reset my PC and I am now level 1 and I don't own rainbow even though I bought the deluxe around a week ago. I know my account shouldnt have been reset because my steam account was still normal and had all the games on it, I just dont dont have Rainbow as I purchased it on Ubisoft Connect. Anyone know what I should do?
