[2020] [Crash/Freeze][XB1] Game audio cuts out and then the game freezes / crashes

In a game, my audio cuts out and then a few moments later the game completely freezes and forces me to dashboard. The cause is seemingly random and has happened whilst playing and spectating but so far hasn't happened in the menus, but that could just be coincedence. I only bought the game this week and it has been doing it constantly ever since. I've done everything I can think of: factory reset xbox, uninstall/reinstall, clear cache. The only response I get from the live chat is either the bug was fixed in the recent update, which it hasn't as they are still occurring, and I also get the response of how to fix my audio issues which also doesn't help as that isn't the big issue.
If anyone has had this issue and figured out how to fix it please let me know. Thanks
