After a normal play, I didn't log in Rainbow Six for a few days.Today, when I tried to log in, I found that my account level was cleared.Last time I played, my account was level 51, with a reputation of over 4,000, but today when I opened Ubisoft Connect,my Rainbow Six account level has changed to 0.And I can't enter the game normally. There will be a long loading time after the game starts, and then the error code in the title will appear.I tried to solve this problem according to the corresponding tutorial in the website, and I also tried to change the network and use vpn.But these are useless.My computer can play games normally, like Battle Fields V or Destiny 2,so my computer works normally.I haven't received the title email from Ubisoft, so my account should be normal.This is a new problem. I used to play normally.

So sorry that you're getting this error when playing, and that your levels in the game were cleared as well. If you haven't yet, please give the steps in our guides here and here a try. This will help rule out anything that could be randomly causing this issue to occur. If the issue persists after trying those steps, please answer these questions so we can help look into this further:

  • Did you previously play on the PC, or on a different platform?
  • Is it possible you have an alternative or different Ubisoft account?
