[2023] Binded game R6 to wrong Ubisoft account

Hi, I binded R6 to the wrong ubisoft account and was wondering if there was a way to change which account it is linked to. The reason I want to switch it is so I can get all my stuff from xbox onto pc and I did not know which email I had the xbox linked to.
