I submitted a ticket regarding a lockout of the system for 2fa. I have been locked out from inputting any phone numbers to play ranked. Its been 6 hours since the message popped up and since then, I have gotten nothing but the same message:
This action couldn't be processed due to too many attempts in a short period of time. Please try again later.
Again, I have waited for 6 hours for it to be lifted, but to no avail. I just want to play ranked at this point. Please get back to my ticket.

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the two-step verification associated with your account.

However, as this issue has to be dealt through our one-to-one channels, I can only suggest waiting for our teams to get back to as soon as they can.
