So recently my Ps4 account got banned for reasons I would not like to talk about but the main problem is how much money I've spent on games Rainbow being one of the biggest I have been reassured many times by friends that when I make a new account Ubisoft will let me transfer all my stuff over and I'm really tryna to figure this out because I'm like around level 200 with all the operators and a bunch of rare skins from events so it's very reasonable I'm trying so hard to get my stuff back I spoke with people at Ubisoft and was told just to sign into my old Ubisoft account on The new PS4 account but I've done that and it was unsuccessful and I'm starting to get scared someone please help I feel if I have to start over I'll lose all interest in the game
