Hello,
I am also experiencing not having the downloaded Year 1 and 2 operators from the GamePass deluxe edition download problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and add ons twice now. I will provide pictures shortly.

Hey RebeliousRyachu, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this.

I have created a case under your account, so in order for us to proceed with this, can I ask you to do the following:

1. Visit our support website website
2. Login to your account
3. Select the drop-down menu on the top right and click 'My cases'
4. Once redirected, select case 13303809
5. Put down description of your issue as well as the steps you've already tried
6. Also, attach screenshots showing your installed extra content for the game as well as a record of purchase for the game

Once done, let us know and we will have a look!

I've looked up and can see that this seems to be something that is currently affecting a number of players and not just yourself.

As it stands, details have been passed along to our game team who will be investigating the matter further.
