[2021] [Missing Content]the delivery of your items has been delayed for further investigation

Yesterday i payed for my 4920 coins ( via steam wallet) ,and i didnt got any coins but they took my money. There was a message saying : "the delivery of your items has been delayed for further investigation" and they also saied that within the next 24 hours they would update me .24 hrs have passed and i still have no update ,and i dont have my money.
