In some instances, a slight delay is likely however email should eventually come through. If you're unable to see it, make sure to check your spam or junk folders as well, since that's where it may end up in.
If however emails are still not coming through, there's a possibility emails may be blocked by your mail provider so you can either look that up or alternatively, we can look at changing email address for you. In order for us to do so, we will need you to reach out to us via one of the following channels, as it will involve discussing account related details:
