[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Not loading into game

I think this problem has been in the game for a while now since I believe I've experienced this before. This is always caused by 1 person not able to load into the game which causes the game not to start, every other time I've experienced this the player that causes this leaves so that the game may continue. However this time the person does not want to leave and just straight up left his PC to do something and cause everyone in the game to wither wait or leave to lose SR. The entire game is literally in his control basically. I'm posting this because I am currently in that situation
We have been in here for about 30 minutes now and cant do anything but leave. How the hell is this even in the game.
