Hi There,
If I close Rainbow Six Siege (bought on Steam) my mouse bugs into the top left corner and Ubisoft Connect opens up to tell me that the coud synchronization is not working if i click retry it will come to the same conclusion thats why i click on skip wich after about 10 seconds it tells me that ive been logged out of my ubi account so i logg back in and everything works again. Its very annoying to always have to reenter the password and username

I am sorry to hear that you're experiencing the cloud synchronization error. Could you please please clarify if it is  the "Failed to Synchronise Saves" error message?
Can you try to upload the screenshot of the error to a post for me? Note that they can be a maximum of 2,000 pixels in length, 2,000 pixels in height, or 2MB in filesize.
Alternatively, they can be uploaded to any other website of your choice, and a link sent to us here on the forum thread.
