Hello, there's an issue with the rest of the E-Sports packs that are given to me in Siege. In the Ubisoft Drops website, it states that I should have a grand total of 29 packs but so far I have been only given and opened around 10 packs in Siege itself (I'm not sure the exact number but I'm sure your database have kept track on it). I would like to know if there was an error with releasing the correct amount of packs owned or will you give the rest to me on a later date. If the latter, I would've wished that a notification would have been given to avoid any sort of confusion in the future. Do any of you guys get this kind of problem? The mates I usually play with have told me that they are facing the same issue.
