[2021] [Issue Not Listed]Will I get banned for refunding a dlc skin bought directly through steam?

Hi, earlier today I bought a dlc skin through steam under the impression that it looked the same as the images presented, it did not and I would like to get a refund, my main concern is if I would get banned for refunding through steam as I have heard stories of people getting banned for refunding even though it was not marked as "non refundable".

There does not appear to be an option to refund through uplay as it was a steam purchase , if anyone knows how I should go about refunding the help would be very much appreciated.
