So for about a week and a half I have not had my VIP benefits. I still have access to Oryx, Iana, Ace, Melusi, and Zero but my 10% shop discount, 0.3% boost on pack rolls, and renown boost are no longer showing up. With Y5S4 coming out tomorrow I have no idea if I'll even get Aruni for free since it's no longer working. I already did power cycles twice and uninstalled/reinstalled the content five times and it's still not working.
Does anyone who's had this issue know how to fix this? I get the renown boost is small but I also could have gotten many more packs and much more renown if it was working properly.
