[2021] Servers Unreachable error code (3-0x0001000B)

Hi, I'm having issue during attempt to connect the game to server.

Before this issue happen, the game glitching with empty operator roster. After restarting the game, the game now refuse to connect to the game server.

I've been following online article related to error code 3-0x0001000B, but the problem still persist.
Please, is there any other fix, or can this problem be fixed?
