so, i got onto Rainbow Six Seige beacuse the free week from 18 march to 24 of the same month, and i decided to buy it cuz i loved it, i bought the deluxe version, wich as the game and 16 operators from year 1 to 2, and i printed the recipt, and went to an OXXO (kinda like a stripes/ seven-eleven on my region) wich i had the option to realize my purchase there, i gave the cashier the code, and i payed what i had to pay, went back home and, no confirmation email, i went outside for like 3 hours, no email. wake up today march 22 2021, and no email and they even remind me to pay the game via email, i have the recitp and the ticket, pls help me or refound, thanks
