I recently did everything required to complete the 2FA process so I could play ranked in Seige, but it's still showing that 2FA is not active. It's not a visual bug and I've already tried restarting the game and it didn't solve the problem.

I'm not sure what's to do about this, but hopefully someone can help me out! Thank you!

Hey there.

Are you sure that you've activated 2 step verification on the same account as you're playing Siege on? You can verify this by comparing your username in game or on Uplay to that of the account where 2 step verification is active on the account management website here
