So my battle pass is continuously synchronising (data)
I've tried to contact ubisoft support, but it isn't allowing me to submit my case.
Closed application multiple times and this has been happening for days. When I hit a tier that has an alpha pack I do not receive one either...

If anyone could send help, much appreciated

Hi Fallen-OG! I'm terribly sorry to hear about this problem you've been experiencing in Rainbow Six Siege. I also apologize that you were not able to submit a support case! For starters, please try rebuilding your PS5 database. This process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data, so it would be great to try to see if it makes any improvements with this. I would also advise completing our web browser troubleshooting guide to see if that allows you to submit your support case! Regarding the alpha packs, what days specifically did you complete these tiers and what tiers were they?
