Did my placement matches today. A lot bit late because I'm busy IRL and have the stuff to do. In my placements, I went 6-4. Not bad, except I lost elo from last season. How does that happen when I win 2 more games than I lost.

Another issue is that in two of my games my teammates were blatantly throwing and in one the n-word was said at another player.

Finally, in one game a player was very obviously ping abusing.

After starting a live chat with the support I was told I can't get my elo back from rollback OR my placements reset. This I don't believe because even in the chat he went back on himself and lied to me at least once. very blatantly it was not a good experience.

Basically, would I get rollback if I reported the players and they got banned, or can i get my rank reset. Please let me know. I dont feel like playing the game or wasting my time writing a report or pulling clips. Thanks

Furthermore, I have never cheated nor associated with cheaters, it is against TOS and I literally just want to have fun with my friends. My friend was also permanently banned so this could be the reason?

Hey there.

We can certainly look into this further for you but we cannot discuss this over a public forum. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Thanks.

Hey there.

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this in game.

If a player is banned following a manual report or because our automated systems detect something you would receive the lost ELO back via a rollback yes. We cannot manually reset your rank or adjust ELO on an individual basis.

Additionally these reports will need to be made via a support ticket or live chat they cannot be made via a public platform.

This absolutely isn't the case and I apologise if my response to you gave that impression, our primary concern in this situation is that these players you're running into are investigated but we cannot investigate or discuss bans/sanctions over the forums as naming and shaming is not allowed. Please reach out to us via one of the methods I linked above when you can and we will absolutely look into this for you.
