Hey, I just installed rainbow and it 1 mb away from fully completing but won't complete anyone got any ideas?

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the installation of Siege. Can you please try the following:
Press the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys at the same time and select Start Task Manager
Find "InsHelper.exe" and end this process
Once you have disabled the helper, your download should be able to complete.
If the issue continues please let us know.
