There is some bug happening around now which prohibits us from purchasing items from Ubisoft through Steam wallet.
I think a temporary fix to this is to allow buying R6 Credits through the Store Page. As in the Rainbow Six Siege Store page having the option to buy R6 Credit there or even Booster there.
