My battlepass is missing in this season even tho I purchased year pass which includes 4 battlepasses. I contacted you on 7th december but to this day I have no further help. I have Ash skin which was awarded for buying year pass, ubisoft connect says that i own year pass however there is still no battle pass in game. I play on PC if that matters
