[2023] banned for 24 hrs because ubisoft servers are terrible and disconeect me at the last possible second so i have 0 chance of joining the game again.

playing a ranked game then at match point im disconnected from the game and then it just sits on a screen once so I am forced to close the game then relaunch so when i relaunch it i get in and it says i have 0 renown im level 0 and there is only training and no re connect option so i'm forced to restart my game YET AGAIN and when i finally get back in im banned for 24 hours. I know for a fact its not any connection issues on my end it is 100% Ubisoft's fault for their [censored] servers which have been like this since day 1 by the way. So can the ban be taken away or am i just supposed to deal with the consequences for something completely outside of my control.
