I am reaching out due to what I find to be insane. I have received a communications penalty even though I did not speek or text chat other than 1 chat saying I would not play along with there game. These people told me they would ban me and report me because "It would be funny". This new system you have for reputation is absolutely horrible. I have played 1 match per day to get the daily win and even then not every day. Normally it is a quick play or event yet my reputation dropped and now I have this. I don't talk in quick play or event nor do I use text talk. I have a 2 month old and I don't even use the audio most of the time. Yet I keep my rep drops and now I have a ban for 30 matches for me that's a whole month of play time. These players used racial slurs and [censored] as a joke. But because there are more of them I am punished for not playing along. Is there anything I can do to remove the ban, it says its to push people in the right direction but from what I have read it is being used as a tool to smack others just for fun. In this game they also team killed me because I would not speak do they get any punishment's???. I had these people in 2 games in a row and both they told me they where trying to get me banned. Till I get a response I have just stopped playing there are plenty of better games out there.
