Dear ubisoft! My English is very bad so I'm sorry. So probably someone hacked my account or I dont know, but I keep getting temporary bans from the game for no reason. It started yesterday when I tried the halloween event and didnt do anything against the rules, so I didnt hurt a teammate, I didnt hack (not like I used to) and still got a 30 minute ban for no reason. Today when I entered a ranked I also did nothing wrong as it was just the map ban phase and during the map ban phase I got a 2 hour ban for no reason. I didnt cheat, I didnt hurt a teammate, I didnt take advantage of bugs and yet I get bans just random. Im afraid Ill get that one-week ban soon and I cant do anything about it. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you received some temp bans. Unfortunately we can't remove those, but I checked your account and no one can be hacking your account to play and cause this because you have 2 step verification enabled. If you are able to screen record your game sessions and capture any moments like this where it seems you did nothing to cause this, please send us a link to the video so we can forward it to the game team.
