After coming back to Siege after a long break a notice that the vote kick button had been removed and while I fully understand it because of toxic squads votekicking a player as soon as he joined this REALLY....and I do mean REALLY hurt the community overall.

Now we have two options both of which are useless

A. TEAMKILL THE GRIEFING INDIVIDUAL WHICH HAS TO POTENTIAL TO CAUSES SANCTIONS AGAINST SOMEONE PROTECTING THEIR TEAM.

B. REPORT AND NOTHING GETS DONE OR 3 MONTHS LATER THEY GET A SHORT SUSPENSION.

There needs to be a mechanic in place that automatically enables or disables the vote to kick option

Ex, players dealing friendly damage, teamkilling players or hostage, destroying friendly assets.

Not that hard of a coding job folks but instead we took the drastic AND EASY approach of just removing the option entirely.

Then theres the issue of players NEVER LOADING and I'm not talking about the people that take 20-60 seconds to load I'm talking about the people that NEVER load and it takes them either dropping or the game timing out to remove them.

I literally sat at a waiting screen in excess of 5 minutes because a player was simply stuck and refused to either ctl+alt+del or wasn't loading either way it borders on griefing yet if my connection goes south for 10 seconds I'm immediately removed from the game causing my team to lose a player and or getting sanctions initiated against my account for an unintentional abandon.

This needs addressing but I'm sure like many other topics it will fall on deaf ears.

I'd like some community input on this whether it be positive or negative and I'm aware many changes have been made in my absence but this needs fixing.

From Operation Shadow Legacy notes:
Later in the season, we’ll be removing vote-to-kick from Quick Match—the only playlist which had this feature. We've been monitoring the use of vote-to-kick and have found that it has since strayed from its original intent, leaning towards a more toxicity-related use case. With the numerous RFF conditions in place, as well as the improved player-reporting panel, we feel the original need for vote-to-kick should be fulfilled by these other options for reporting toxic players instead. We strongly encourage you to report toxic players via the in-game reporting panel so that they can be sanctioned.
I completely aware that some players feel like Reports are useless and don't actually get looked at. There is an entire team dedicated to reviewing reports and applying sanctions. The team receives both the in-game reports and reports from the support website. The purpose of updating the in-game report pannel is to make reports more clear and concise. These reports also help gather data to make detection better. We appreciate any reports you've submitted previously and appreciate it if you continue to do so. We appreciate the suggestion regarding making VTK conditional though and will continue to monitor the discussion + player behaviors.
