Good afternoon everyone! I started a ticket by the end of december after i noticed my DLC skins were missing after the cross-progression update.

After 2 months, support told me to play two matches on my PS4 to unlock the missing content, but i'm not sure if this will work.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

Hey @Cpt_Salamito! Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with missing DLC.

In a lot of cases playing games on the platform they were originally purchased from has resolved issues for players. However, should the issue persist after, please be sure to update the ticket you've previously created on the Support Portal. We will then be able to look further into this for you 🙂
