We've not received any information to say Rainbow Six Siege fully supported the features from the 3D Pulse headset at this time. From what I understand, the list of supported games is currently very small.

I'm unable to advise the best audio options I'm afraid as we don't yet have information regarding how R6S works with the headset. Try referring to the headset's setup guide; hopefully they cover this situation.
