I'm very sorry to hear you ended up with a ban. If you feel that your ban was not deserved, you will need to reach out to the support team directly through an email case here. Make sure you fill in the correct info in all the drop-down boxes, then scroll down the page until you see a text box where you can type a summary of your issue. Fill that in with your username, the date that you were banned, and the reason that was listed in the email notifying you of the ban.

Once you get the case submitted we can review the ban and submit an appeal for you. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that a ban will be overturned, and if the appeal is denied you will not be able to appeal the ban again.
