So i was on a normal day trying to play with friends but when i tried to launch the game, the game started to take a very long time to connect to ubisoft's server for like 5 to 10 mins and when it does connect, all of my renown is gone, resetted to 0, my purchased ops is gone, no ops is able to be chose in Training Ground and Quick match, my level is 0 but Ranked is still able to be played.

Is it possible that you own two copies of the game and have signed into the game with the wrong Ubisoft Account?
