Around the year 2018-2019 I had been getting my profile picture removed regularly, I had believed it had been a glitch, so I thought nothing of it and kept on re-uploading the same profile picture until one day I was banned from doing so. I was wondering if you could unban me from being able to change my profile picture because I believe the ban was unfair, not only did I not receive any messages, emails, etc that my picture was being removed due to it violating terms of service, and I believe my profile picture did not violate any terms of service in the first place. The picture was of a muscular Nesquik mascot, besides that, I was also a young chap back in those days and immature so if the profile picture was that bad I wouldn't have realized it (it wasn't though). I regularly play rainbow six siege and other Ubisoft games and I don't really prefer/ enjoy using growtopia profile pictures or other profile pictures provided by Ubisoft. I would like to know if you guys could spare me an unban so I could happily enjoy playing your games.
Thank you.
