Hello.. while connecting to a ranked match with a friend, we got queued in a lobby apparently like we can do all chat etc, but we are unable to connect to the actual match and we are stuck in the lobby, and when we try to leave the match, we will get a matchmaking cooldown, but I tried to leave my game, I tried to connect to Quick match and then go back to the ranked but it is still the same, and I tried restarting my game, but the glitch is still there. I want to play ranked but I cant because when I try to reconnect it will try to reconnect me into the pre-existing ranked match that wont load me or any other players in. Is there help available? Thanks!

Sorry to hear that you have been encountering this.
Would it be at all possible to try these connectivity troubleshooting steps as they will help configure your network and should help to prevent this.
