Hi I have a bug to report

I've been playing games and there's low level people with over 2 k/d ruining literally every other game

I believe these people are called smurfs and currently are not being dealt with although its against the rules? I can't see a report button to report these types of rule breakers

Hey everyone!

I understand both points being made and smurf accounts are technically against our Terms of Service.

As Ubisoft Support the best suggestion we can offer is to report any suspected players in-game via the scoreboard. This will reach our moderation team and they will investigate from there.

From what I understand this is a very difficult thing to monitor, but we'll continue to do our best to improve the game
