error code: 2-0x00019008, error message: Removed From Match

I searched web and someone says it't banned by BE, but I didn't use any hacking program. Technical team may prove it.

Why does this thing happen to me?

Did you try the connection steps as well? If so, have you created a ticket with a screenshot of your forwarded ports?

The error code itself is a generic connection error message, which is why you will see this occurring for users over multiple years.
