I play siege on the PC and recently fixed the profile loading failed issue using a lengthy process, but I can't seem to play well since my old setting is quite a niche and specific.

The error you experienced was due to a corrupt profile, and it causes Loadouts, Situations and in-game settings to be reset. I'm sorry to say there is no way to roll back to those settings, they would need to be manually adjusted once more.
