I don't know if I'm at the right place, but I have a really big problem which is starting to drive me crazy. My siege files keep corrupting itself literally everyday, sometimes more in one day. I have daily crashes. I really don't know what to do. I have the game since June, but I started to experience this problem only for like 3 weeks now, maybe a month. The crashes are more and more frequent since the first time they started. I tried everything, literally everything in my knowledge, I did every little tweek I could find, I uninstalled Ubisoft Connect, then reinstalled it. Uninstalled Siege, etc. I even reset Windows 10 and the problem is still present. Can someone help me?

Hey dvdkkms122.FSAZ! I'm extremely sorry to hear about this problem you've been encountering in Rainbow Six Siege. Thank you for letting me know what steps you have completed on your own to get this resolved! Moving forward, I would recommend verifying the game's files in Ubisoft Connect. Although you have tried reinstalling the game and client completely, verifying the files would still be a great process to complete to ensure that everything required for the game is installed correctly on your PC. It will also replace any missing or corrupted game files that may have popped up! Then, I would recommend emptying Ubisoft Connect's cache to see if that makes any improvements. I would also suggest running Siege as an administrator. Since that process grants access to all system permissions, it would be great to try to see if you notice any improvements with how the game runs. Finally, please be sure to complete the other steps listed in our technical troubleshooting guide.

However, if none of the suggestions provided above make any improvements with the crashing, please do not hesitate to contact our team at support.ubi.com for additional assistance. Including your MSinfo file in your case will allow them to provide more specialized assistance, so please be sure to do that! They'd be happy to help.
