[2021] Snow Brawl player bug

This bug happens usually around the 10 minute mark into a match of Snow Brawl and has happened to me and friends. The player appears to be playing like normal but can't hit targets, grab buffs or climb ladders. For other players the player appears to stand still at the spawn point. If the player attempts to climb a ladder they appear to instantly go back to the spawn point. This bug basically turns you into a camera with arms that can't participate in the match, making it a 4v5 or worse if more players encounter the bug. If the enemy kills your body in spawn the bug is resolved.
