I recently bought ghost recon future soldier for the skin for ashes gun, I've played it for about an hour and got bored, when I went to go get my reward it tells me I need to own the game to get it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Sorry to hear you did not receive your Future Soldier skin in Siege.
Can I just check whether you have launched Future Soldier at all? I would also recommend allowing 48 hours after you first launch the game before you can use it is Siege.
