[2023] I made a case because my account got hacked and the person who took it got it banned.

  • I made a case on the Sat, 21 Jan 2023 21:59 and i still have yet to recieve an update.
  • The last reply i got was a day after i made the case on the 22nd January at 17:47 and i have recieved no further updates on my case and it says the case is still being worked on but i really doubt it.
  • I have a uncropped screenshot of what shows up when i log onto the game this will be attached below i was wondering what i could do to get my case further updated

I can only apologise for any delays responding to your ticket but you will get a reply. I'm afraid we can't discuss ban appeals over the forums and it will need to be looked into by our game team to determine if it is overturned. You'll get a reply to the ticket once there is a decision.

Also, please don't post case numbers on the forums as that is classed as private information related to your account. We don't need to be told those on the forums to look up any cases you have.
