I am trying to verify my siege account to play ranked and am prompted to add a phone number. However, when I attempt to use a couple of different phone numbers from the household it continued to tell me "Phone number associated with Ubisoft account does not respect Ubisofy security standards". I submitted a case while waiting for the chat to be available but that didn't turn out to be too helpful. I was hoping to get in contact with someone about this issue as it's been almost a week now.

Hi there @Betraying01, sorry for the late reply! For account-related issues, we will need to proceed through private channels. If chats are unavailable for your region at this time, you are always able to login and reopen either of the support cases that you opened for this issue. Once you have done that, an agent will be able to follow-up with you directly once they have reviewed the issue.
