When i first got the game my fps was going from about 90-120. Then something happened i opened it up one day and it was windowed not fullscreen and it wouldnt go above 30, I've recently fixed that but now it wont go above 60. Please Help I'm not getting what i payed for.(its only r6)

It would be interesting to know if anything changed at all?
Would it be possible to advise on your system specification?
Is it a solid 60 fps constant or does it fluctuate?
If you have Vsync turned on and your monitor refresh rate is only able to manage 60fps then this would explain this scenario and is there to prevent 'screen taring'
