My siege account says I have to do the two-step verification, to play ranked, but the account is using an email that I no longer have access to. So if there is a way to fix the problem, so that I am able to play ranked again, that would be great.

When you contact us, please tell us the name of your username, your old email and the name of your new preferred email address you wish to use.

We will need to verify you as the account owner, so please be prepared to take a screenshot of a Ubisoft game, as a proof of purchase, to help verify your account. The support team will let you know what proof of purchase we will need to see and from what platform. Thanks again.
