So I got the sound bug where you just lose all sound and your game crashes about 20 seconds later, which sadly, happens to me on such a frequent basis even though performance fixes on Xbox were promised weeks ago. Knowing that Id have to restart my game, I was forced to leave my ranked game on the 1st round. I restarted my game in about 5 minutes and came back to an abandon penalty and lost MMR instead of the option to reconnect. Theres no chance the game ended that fast. I have lost more ranked games to bugs than the actual enemies lately, the game needs to be fixed. Im on the Xbox One S.
Hello Tim0157, thanks for posting about both of these issues.
We are aware of the crash after experiencing audio issues on Xbox and we are aware of the match cancellation feature being used after the first round has been played but we are planning a fix for this soon in a future update, as for the audio crashes this is still being investigated by our QA team.
Hi ariyabenssls, welcome to the forums, are you able to clarify the issue you encountered, was it with disconnections, MMR or something else entirely?
